WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?
As a Virtual Assistant, it is important to remember that all work will be managed remotely and online. If you are in the Sydney or Melbourne metropolitan areas, a face-to-face meeting can be arranged if preferred.
Picking up and dropping off of documentation can be negotiated in the Sydney metropolitan area.
WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?
In this consultation we discuss your business, what your requirements are and how I can assist you. Together we develop a plan on how we can partner to make your business better. The scope of work, pricing, and terms and conditions are all confirmed in a Service Agreement issued before engagement of services.
IS A CONTRACT REQUIRED?
Both parties sign a Service Agreement before any work commences. The Service Agreement confirms the description of service, confidentiality, payment and collection, client approval of work and revisions, and service termination.
The client also receives a signed Confidentiality Agreement as an addendum to the Service Agreement.
WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY?
We will send you a signed confidentiality agreement so you can be sure that access to information is used only for the purpose of administrative support to you.
For Psychology practices, we are familiar with the APS Code of Ethics, especially pertaining to record keeping, privacy and confidentiality.
WHAT HOURS DO YOU WORK?
Our core hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Anything outside that is by negotiation. We are usually pretty flexible.
HOW DO I PAY?
By Bank Transfer, or via STRIPE.
Hourly Packages: balance paid upon completion of project. Project will not be released to client until paid in full.
Weekly Package: invoice to be paid up front weekly
Monthly Retainer: a 50% up-front, non-refundable deposit to be paid and balance on completion of project.
